Kevin Nolan was sworn in as the new member of the Humphrey City Council.

He took the oath of office during the council’s Jan. 16 meeting. Nolan will fulfill the final two years of Lonnie Weidner’s term.

Weidner was elected mayor during the November 2016 General Election, creating an opening on the council.

Former mayor Alan Eisenmenger was elected to a council seat, and Chris Braun did not seek re-election.
