Selenium solution sent to HHS

Report to HHS shows blending water works

Humphrey’s plan to handle its issues with selenium in the city’s water is in the hands of the Nebraska Health and Human Services. City Engineer John Zwingman submitted an engineering study in response to the Administrative Order outlining how the city will work to alleviate the issue with high selenium levels in the water. The HHS has 60-90 days to respond to the study.
