A&H Building & Supply marks four decades in business

Forty years ago, two guys with shovels, wheel barrows and a lot of elbow grease built their first house in Humphrey.

Tim Hassenstab and Dennis Anderson, students together at Northeast Community College (then Northeast Technical Community College), studying building construction, graduated in 1976, and two years later were building their first home in Humphrey.

Hassenstab credits the late Gene and LaVonne Ramaekers for giving them their start.
