Lindsay Bd. talks water tower

Whether to build a new water tower is still being discussed by the Lindsay Village Board of Trustees.
 
Members met April 2 with Barney Whatley, a Capacity Development Specialist with the Nebraska Rural Water Association (NeRWA), of Wahoo, to discuss what it would mean to water users.
 
There are no rate adjustments yet, the discussion is on what approach and possible options are available to the board to offset the preliminarily proposed annual loan payment.
