Flyers track successful at three meets last week

The track team competed in the Clarkson/Leigh invite April 24, at the Madison track. The girls team placed first out of six teams. They placed up to eight people in every race. Coming in first in their open events were Caitlin Jarosz: high jump, 200 meter; Allison Weidner: 400 meter, 800 meter, 1 mile; Trevor Pfeifer: high jump. Coming in first for relays were girls 4x100 consisting of Alissa Kosch, Tara Foltz, Riley Maple, and Caitlin Jarosz; girls 4x400, Leah Podliska, Maple, Foltz, and Makenna Krings; girls 4x800 Maple, Podliska, Weidner, and Madison Stricklen; boys 4x4, Landon Kush, Jarrett Weidner, Taylor Wemhoff, and Trevor Pfeifer.
