Pfeifer scores 1,000th career point in Flyers win over Burwell

St. Francis junior Trevor Pfeifer scored his 1,000 career point in the Flyers's 61-57 victory over Burwell in the third place game of the Goldenrod Conference tournament.

Pfeifer topped the 1,000 point mark on a corner three-pointer in the first quarter.

He led the Flyers with 18 points, including 12 in the second half as St. Francis overcame a double-digit, second-half deficit to earn the win.

Pfeifer becomes the sixth player in St. Francis history to reach the 1,000 point career scoring mark.
