William “Bill” Heesacker, 78, of Humphrey, Neb., died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Neb.

Mass of Christian Burial was Saturday, Feb. 9, 10 a.m. at St Francis Catholic Church in Humphrey, and Father Patrick McLaughlin and Walter Jong-a-Kiem concelebrated the Mass. Interment was in St. Mary of the Angels Cemetery, rural Humphrey, Neb., and military honors by the Humphrey American Legion Post 80 Zuerlein and VFW Post 7725 Honor Guard.

Visitation was Friday from 4-7 p.m. at the church with a 4 p.m. rosary and a vigil service at 7 p.m. Visitation continued on Saturday from 9-10 a.m. also at the church.
