Local artist has a message

Phillip Keller designs Right to Life billboard

Phillip Keller’s artwork can be seen for miles. The son of John and Beth Keller, of Humphrey, designed a Right to Life billboard that is displayed on Highway 81 and can be seen by southbound traffic. The Humphrey Knights of Columbus Council #1794 held a contest to design a pro life billboard. “The Knights of Columbus wanted to put up a sign so they left it to the PRE classes at St. Francis, and they wanted the kids involved,” said Dean Korus, art teacher at St. Francis. Phillip entered two designs last March and his drawing of “A Sacrifice of Love ... Choose Life, Choose Love,” was the winner.
