Judge gives local man time to amend complaint against city

Some claims against the City of Humphrey were dismissed, and others must be amended.

Charles Moser will have 21 days to amend his complaints against the city as ordered by Platte County District Court Judge Robert R. Steinke.

In an Oct. 25 filing, Steinke wrote some of Moser’s open meeting violation claims were filed too late.
