Flyers move to 21-0 with pair of wins

After not hitting a field goal in the fourth quarter, Humphrey St. Francis boys basketball saw its undefeated season come to brink when David City Aquinas junior Keegan Lavicky attempted an uncontested shot at the buzzer. Fortunately for the Flyers, his wide-open look bounced off and St. Francis survived 41-40 to improve to 20-0. St. Francis led 16-12 after the first quarter and 30-20 at halftime after closing the second on a 6-0 run. The Flyers took a 13-point lead in the third, their largest of the game, but the Monarchs closed the gap to 39-29 entering the final quarter.
