RCUT construction still on schedule

The RCUT on Highway 81/91 will be built as scheduled.

Dave Neill, of Paulsen Inc., of Cozad, said despite the COVID-19 pandemic, construction remains on schedule.

He said the company will start work sometime after July 4.
