RCUT work to start July 13

Virus, weather pushes project back a week; another wreck

Construction of the RCUT is delayed slightly, and just three weeks before the project is to start, two trucks collided at the intersection.

The Highway 81/91 project will begin Monday, July 13, instead of July 6.

Dave Neill, of Paulsen Inc., of Cozad, said COVID-19 and weather forced the delay.
