St. Francis junior Andrew Kosch, right, shot a 78 and finished as runner up in the Patriot Invite. Freshmen Jacob Keller, left, carded an 86 and earned the 14th place medal. The team shot a 355 which placed them 5th in the 15 team tournament.

Korus places 3rd at Wisner-Pilger invite

Daisy Korus led the Humphrey-Lindsay cross country team with a third place finish Thursday at the Wisner-Pilger Invitational in Beemer.

She finished in a time of 23:59. Natasha Dahlberg was 42nd in 31:05 and Allison Durkop was 46th in 32:04.

For the boys team, Caleb Preister was 11th in 19:54, Jacob Preister was 37th in 22:02 and Zavier Kuehler was 117th in 31:13.
