Lindsay Area Investment Club building home

Spec home part of effort to help community prosper

A group of people are investing in Lindsay.

The Lindsay Area Investment Club (LAIC) is a group of 36 community members (individuals, couples, and local businesses), all of which contribute $1,200 annually, with a common goal of re-investing the funds back into the Lindsay community.

The LAIC originated from the Lindsay Area Development (LAD) group, which is a nonprofit organization. The Investment Club is a for-profit organization.
