Bulldogs defense dominates Raiders; offense makes big plays

Humphrey-Lindsay Holy Family was stuck in neutral most of the first half until a series of three plays in the closing seconds of the first half put the Bulldogs in gear and propelled them to a 44-8 win over Omaha Brownell-Talbot here Friday afternoon.

After taking a methodical 14-0 lead, the Bulldogs allowed the Raiders to march from their own 18 after recovering an Ashton Sims fumble, to the H-LHF 3-yard line with 45 second left in the half.

Then Jason Sjuts sacked Raiders quarterback Tommy Pugsley back at the Bulldog 30 year line.
