New candidates seeking eection

There may not be contested races in the area, but that does not mean a few boards won’t look different after the Nov. 3 General Election.

No one has officially filed to be mayor of Humphrey, but local citizens have advertised, advising citizens to write-in incumbent mayor Lonnie Weidner for another four-year term.

The Humphrey City Council also is lacking enough candidates to fill the vacancies.
