Project finishing up

RCUT project will be completed next week as drivers learn how it works

The RCUT will be finished next week.

Mike Steffensmeier, highway project manager for the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) District 3, said the project at Highway 81/91 will be wrapped soon, weather permitting.

Most of the orange barrels have already been removed, and motorist have been using the Restricted Crossing U-Turn for a few weeks already.
