Flyers make quick work of Heartland Lutheran

St. Francis took the suspense out of the game early Saturday, coasting to a 57-17 win here over Heartland Lutheran.

The Flyers opened up a 23-6 lead after the first quarter and shut out the Red Hornets in the second, outscoring them 19-0 for a 42-6 lead at halftime.

Head coach Eric Kessler said his team’s offense comes from its pressure defense.
