Humphrey High School won the Class D1 State Speech Championship Friday in Kearney, its third title in five years. Humphrey High has a lot to say
For the third time in five years, the Humphrey High School speech team is state champions.
The team traveled Friday to Kearney High School to compete in the Class D1 State Speech Tournament.
The Bulldogs took 15 students who competed in 13 events.
