City dump is being misused

The Humphrey City dump is being misused again.

Last year the dump was inspected by the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy and it discovered materials in the burn pile that do not belong there, and it is happening again.

Pallets and various types of construction materials do not belong at the dump.
