Jeanette was born on Dec. 20, 1952, in Omaha, Neb., to Donald and LouAnn (Loseke) Everett. She received her education and graduated from Leigh High School.
Jeanette had a full life of public service work history. She worked at Humphery Meat Market. She got her beautician license. She worked at Torin and Paige Electric in Columbus. She went back to work with the public when her mother and sisters opened and ran The 4 Star Dinner in Columbus. The restaurant was her dream, and was the place she met Edward Sitzman. They were joined in marriage May 6, 2004. She continued working in several other restaurants including Flying J in Gretna, Petro in York and the Husker House in Columbus. She then worked at First National Bank working with imaging. When her job was downsized, she went to the Platte County Courthouse in the Treasurer’s department until she retired.
Jeanette loved her family and friends with a passion. We often had to take her away from her other passion of watching NASCAR. She loved Kyle Busch. She never forgot a face or a name. Her friendliness will be deeply missed.
