Beth Irene Noonan

Beth Irene Noonan, age 63, of Omaha, Neb., passed away Monday, March 18, 2024.

A graveside service will be held Friday, April 19, at 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery (7710 W. Center Rd. Omaha, NE).

She was born Dec. 14, 1960, to Peter T. and Alice I. (Severin) Noonan. Her grandparents were John and Elizabith (McPhillips) Noonan, of Humphrey, Neb., and Louis and Irene (Claussen) Severin of Leigh, Neb.

She attended Willa Cather Grade School, North Millard Middle School, North Millard High School, and trade school. She majored in Home Economics. She made her own clothes, knitted scarves, and Afghans.

Beth was always a hard worker, One summer she helped the girl next door learn how to ride a bike. She worked as an aid part time in the Mountclair Nursing Home while she was in high school.

Unfortunately, she started to struggle with bad health. She was in and out of hospitals and only worked part time jobs. She helped her brother Matthew when he was struggling with cancer.

Beth is survived by her mother Alice Noonan and siblings, brother Peter T. Noonan Jr. of Omaha and sister Tracy R. Noonan of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

She is preceded in death of her dad Peter T. Noonan and siblings Matthew Noonan and Laurie Noonan.
