St. Francis junior Andrew Kosch, right, shot a 78 and finished as runner up in the Patriot Invite. Freshmen Jacob Keller, left, carded an 86 and earned the 14th place medal. The team shot a 355 which placed them 5th in the 15 team tournament.

Germaine Mary Albracht

Germaine Mary Albracht, 95, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020, at Prairie Village Retirement Center in Columbus, Neb.

A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m., Feb.. 1, 2020, at St. Francis Catholic Church in Humphrey, Neb., with Father Eric Olsen officiating. Germaine donated her body to science. A private family interment will be held at St. Francis Cemetery at a later date.

Germaine was born March 16, 1924, in Humphrey, the daughter of John and Johanna (Brockhaus) Zach. She attended and graduated from St. Francis High School, graduating class of 1942.
