Joseph T. Huettner, born June 22, 1936, in Cornlea, Neb., passed away Feb. 19, 2022, in Omaha, Neb.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Omaha, Neb.

Interment Calvary Cemetery in Omaha, Neb. Visitation is Thursday, Feb. 24, 2022, from 5:30-7 p.m. with a Wake Service at 7 p.m. at the John A. Gentleman 72nd St. Chapel in Omaha, Neb. Memorials to St. Leo the Great Church or Roncalli High School.

Preceded in death by wife, Rose Marie Huettner; son, Michael Huettner; parents, Joseph and Lorraine Huettner, sister, Barbara Huettner; brother, James Huettner.

Survived by children, Steve (Shelba) Huettner, Laura (Tim) Bugay, Mary (Bill) Schlueter, Sharon (Brian) Carlos, Tom (Paula) Huettner; 15 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; siblings, Madonna Beltz, Iva Mueller, Cheryl (Gene) Jaixen, Gene (Elaine) Huettner, Linda Cosentino, Roger Huettner, Terry (Rita) Huettner, Tim (Debbie) Huettner, Mary (Keith) Lynn, Jeannine (Rudy) Smutny; numerous nieces and nephews.
