St. Francis junior Andrew Kosch, right, shot a 78 and finished as runner up in the Patriot Invite. Freshmen Jacob Keller, left, carded an 86 and earned the 14th place medal. The team shot a 355 which placed them 5th in the 15 team tournament.

Leonard "Lenny" Alois Wiese

Leonard “Lenny” Alois Wiese entered into heaven on Friday, April 21, 2017, surrounded by loved ones at Columbus Community Hospital.

A Memorial Mass Of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 8, at 11 a.m. at St. Isidore Catholic Church in Columbus with Father Joe Miksch celebrating the Mass. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 7 from 4-6 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Rosary at St. Isidore Catholic Church. Visitation will continue on Modnay beginning at 10 a.m. at the church. Military honors will be by the American Legion Hartman Post 84 Honor Guard. Private family interment will be in St. Bonaventure Catholic Cemetery at a later date. Memorials are suggested to that of donor’s or family choice.
