St. Francis junior Andrew Kosch, right, shot a 78 and finished as runner up in the Patriot Invite. Freshmen Jacob Keller, left, carded an 86 and earned the 14th place medal. The team shot a 355 which placed them 5th in the 15 team tournament.

Bulldog runners compete in Norfolk

The Humphrey-Lindsay Holy Family cross country team competed in Norfolk Sept.8.

On the boys side of the meet, Aidan Weidner completed the hilly course in 22 minutes and 25 seconds. Will Whited ran the three miles in just over 25 minutes. Caleb Preister ran the course in 21 minutes and 43 seconds.

For the girls, Allison Durkop came in just under 30 minutes while Daisy Korus finished 13th with a time of 28 minutes and 29 seconds.

On the junior high side of things, the harriers run half the course.

Zavier Kuehler completed the run in 9 minutes and 53 seconds. Halle Beller ran the course in 9 minutes and 24 seconds while Grace Preister finished in 9 minutes and 32 seconds.

To round out the day, Natasha Dahlberg finished in 9 minutes and 42 seconds.
