Jacob, Jason Sjuts connect on, off court

Twins hope to bring home another title for the Bulldogs

When you’re twins there’s a bond no one understands but the two of you, and for Jason and Jacob Sjuts that carries over to the basketball court.

The juniors helped lead Humphrey-Lindsay Holy Family to a state title as freshmen in 2019. They finished third last season, and are back in Lincoln this year.

“It’s been a lot of fun, we always seemed to know what each other is doing,” Jacob said. “We have a competitive side, we always push each other. I don’t know what it’s like for him, but it’s nice having another guy who plays similar to you.
