St. Francis junior Andrew Kosch, right, shot a 78 and finished as runner up in the Patriot Invite. Freshmen Jacob Keller, left, carded an 86 and earned the 14th place medal. The team shot a 355 which placed them 5th in the 15 team tournament.

The Humphrey-Lindsay Holy Family Jr. High football finished the season with a record of 3-1. The Bulldogs defeated Elba 35-7, Spalding Academy 32-22 and East Butler 46-40. The lone loss was to Neligh-Oakdale in a 6-Man/8-Man hybrid game 36-8. Lady Bulldogs top Twin River, lose to Howells-Dodge

The Humphrey-Lindsay Holy Family girls split a pair of games here Saturday.

They dropped a hard-fought match against Howells-Dodge 29-27, 25-21 and took care of Twin River 25-13, 25-8.

Against the Lady Jaguars, H-LHF managed just 17 kills, with Addison Schneider leading the team with eight.
