NECC offers substitute teaching course

Northeast Community College to offer new online course for those interested in serving as substitute teachers Northeast Community College is offering a new one-credit hour course that will allow individuals the opportunity to earn a permit to serve as substitute teachers in Nebraska. The course, Human Relations in a Pluralistic Society, meets the Nebraska Department of Education’s human relations requirement.
